Hungry Thursday: Lamb Shashlik For Easter?




Ingredients
A deboned leg lamb
1 Onion
Half a cup of Lemon juice
3 Tablespoons of Olive oil
A pinch of Black Pepper
2 Teaspoons of salt
1 Minced cloves of garlic

Preparation:

  1. Wash and dry the meat.
  2. Cube the meat into 1 ½ inch cubes
  3. Use your hands to mix the ingredients
  4. Cover the mixture and put in the fridge overnight.
  5. Take the meat out of the fridge an hour before you start the grill.
  6. Put the meat on skewers and start your grilling until the meat is brown on all sides. 
  7. Don’t forget to rotate until browned on all sides.
  8. Pull the meat off the skewers and put them in a large dish. Serve while hot!
