Ingredients
A deboned leg lamb
1 Onion
Half a cup of Lemon juice
3 Tablespoons of Olive oil
A pinch of Black Pepper
2 Teaspoons of salt
1 Minced cloves of garlic

Preparation:
- Wash and dry the meat.
- Cube the meat into 1 ½ inch
cubes
- Use your hands to mix the
ingredients
- Cover the mixture and put in
the fridge overnight.
- Take the meat out of the fridge
an hour before you start the grill.
- Put the meat on skewers and
start your grilling until the meat is brown on all sides.
- Don’t forget to rotate until
browned on all sides.
- Pull the meat off the skewers
and put them in a large dish. Serve while hot!
