Gratin Dauphinois

- Ingredients
  • Potatoes: 400g
  • Liquid Cream: 400ml
  • Milk: 30m 
  • Butter: 30g 

  • 1 Teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 Teaspoon pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Parmesan
  • 1/4 onions
  • 35g of mozzarella cheese
- Preparation
  • Peel and slice the potatoes. 
  • Chop the onions.
  • Heat 20g of butter then add the chopped onions, and cook until they become golden.
  • Add the milk and the cream, add the nutmeg, the pepper, the Parmesan and the potatoes. Stir until it boils.
  • Lower the temperature and leave to cook slowly for 10 min. Keep Stirring...
  • Cover it with 10g of butter, and the mozzarella cheese.
  • Put it in the oven for 40 min (approx.140 degrees).
