- Potatoes: 400g
- Liquid Cream: 400ml
- Milk: 30m
- Butter: 30g
- 1 Teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 Teaspoon pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Parmesan
- 1/4 onions
- 35g of mozzarella cheese
- Preparation
- Peel and slice the potatoes.
- Chop the onions.
- Heat 20g of butter then add the chopped onions, and cook until they become golden.
- Add the milk and the cream, add the nutmeg, the pepper, the Parmesan and the potatoes. Stir until it boils.
- Lower the temperature and leave to cook slowly for 10 min. Keep Stirring...
- Cover it with 10g of butter, and the mozzarella cheese.
- Put it in the oven for 40 min (approx.140 degrees).
